The Gamer Tractor | 1913 |
Gamer’s gargantuan tractor had a four-cylinder 10 x 12-inch engine. Two flywheels were used, the front weighing 900 pounds and the rear weighing 500 pounds. Designed for grubbing and breaking land in one operation, the Gamer tractor used built-up rear wheels with eighteen 3/4 and 4-inch spokes. Although the tractor was no doubt capable of doing the work for which it was designed, its size and cost were no doubt responsible for its early demise.
Gamer announced their new tractor in 1913. No further reference can be found of this tractor after the initial 1913 announcement. Little more information is available on the company.
